Review content:
These guys were completing inept. They told me my alterations would be back in a couple days and promised me a date on the actual ticket. I arrived at this date and my alterations were not ready. I was told to return in a few day. When I did return, the alterations were done incorrectly for perfectly understandable reasons (not enough fabric). However, after having given them my phone number, I fully expected to be contacted if such deviations from the instructions were necessary. They made no effort to call me because they don't have long distance service. I voided the charge on the ticket, but the charge appeared in my account that day. The sweet old lady at the desk tried to help me void the ticket, and she made no objection to my refusal of payment. Then to add insult to injury, the shop owner called me up threatening to call the police on me, telling me how business law works ( I thought this was funny, seeing as how I'm a CPA), and demanding that I bring back the pants and allow him to fix the problem. I ended up disputing the charge.
Pros: Nice old ladies who try to do the right thing.
Cons: Sleazy business owner who tries to screw over customers.
