Belmont Ridge is a very nice place to live at first especially if you own a pet however once you move in, things seem to go down hill for us tennants! The office staff is constantly changing which leads to miscommunication issues! I have had a couple apartments at Belmont and pay extra for the ""UPDATED"" kitchen! The apartment I was shown prior to moving in with the updated kitchen was AWESOME! New flooring, new appliances, and pretty cabinets and even a built in wine shelf! The updated kitchen in both of my apartments were HORRID! I had the new cabinets but all old apliances and laminate flooring that was stained up! Both refridgerators went bad in each apartment causing all the food to spoil! Even thouugh maintenance was reliable and pretty quick, I felt like I was calling them once a week regarding something. These apartments must have been prefect in the 80's but they need updated BADLY! There is tile around each fireplace and BRASS light fixtures. EWWWW! Every year they raise the price which is normal when you live the apartment life style but come ON FOLKS! give me something extra to pay you for! The pool is always dirty too! Thanks!
Pros: dirty pool, gym, and clubhouse
Cons: mean office staff and nosey neighbors!
