I HAVE EATEN AT THIS RESTAURANT MANY TIMES AND IT IS BY FAR THE BEST PLACE IN TN FOR CATFISH. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS PROMPT AND READY TO SERVE. THE MANAGEMENT WAS VERY PERSONAL AND I AM ALWAYS GREETED BY A MANAGER WHEN I WALK IN. WHAT RESTAURANT CAN YOU GO TO NOWADAYS WHERE A MANAGER GREETS AND SEATS YOU. NOWHERE, EXCEPT RIVERVIEW. THE FOOD, WHETHER IT IS CATFISH, CHICKEN, OR STEAKS, IS ALWAYS COOKED TO PERFECTION AND IF SOMETHING IS NOT TO YOUR PLEASURE THEN THE KITCHEN STAFF IS MORE THAN WILLING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I READ IN A PREVIOUS REVIEW THAT A MEMBER OF THE KITCHEN STAFF TASTED A STEAK AND STATED THAT IT TASTED FINE TO THEM TO A CUSTOMER. I SIMPLY DO NOT BELIEVE THIS TO BE TRUE. I HAVE NEVER WITNESSED SUCH RUDE BEHAVIOR FROM THE STAFF AT RIVERVIEW. ANYWAYS, IF YOUR LOOKING FOR GREAT FOOD WITH ALL THE BENEFITS OF A CATFISH HOUSE AND GRANNY'S KITCHEN AND THE KINDNESS OF A STAFF THAT REMINDS YOU OF THE GOOD OL' DAYS THEN YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO MISS THE EXPERIENCE OF DINING AT RIVERVIEW RESTAURANT.
