So, I drove down the street and saw a for sale sign being represented by this company and called. I had been searching for a house for some time and I liked this particular block. When I called and spoke to Mr. Owens he seemed very pleasant so I made an appointment. He didn't ask me any questions that listing agents usually ask like ""Are you working with someone else?"" or "" How much are you approved for?"" he seemed anxious to show the property. The day of the appointment came and at 8:30am he called to confirm the appointment. At 4:30 I got off work and took the trolley to the property. Two stops and twenty minutes away he called, the key had been signed out and kept by another agent. Our appointment was at 5:30 and he was just telling me this! The coincidence that my agent had called to confirm the appointment earlier that day was too much.
