Review content:
Not only has this cleaner's in the past few months have not sent me back one piece of clothing that has been pressed right, but they have recently RUINED 2 pieces of clothing. They would not even refund me the dry cleaning on these let alone reimburse me for the cost of the clothing. The customer service dept. sent me ""free"" coupons after I complained, but the ""free"" coupons were pay for one get one free. So now I am going to pay them to ruin some more of my clothes. I think not. Do not use this Rick's Cleaners no matter how ""cheap"" they are. You get what you pay for.
