I have moved quite a bit in my lifetime and this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, starting with the dishonorable and vile Mike Pliaconis. I purchased a very expensive bed from California and arranged for it to be shipped to San Antonio, Texas. The bed arrived damaged. I contacted Mr. Piiaconis via email and he attempted to blame all of the damages on the seller. In our flurry of emails, however, he unwittingly admitted that some of the damage was caused during shipping. When I pointed out his admission, he cut off all contact with me.
I filed a complaint with the BBB. As expected, Plycon did not respond to the complaint. I did, however, receive a call from Mr. Pliaconis in which he stated that he would pay the contractual damages of 60 cents per pound. He stated that he would advise ""corporate"" to cut a check for the damages. I'm sure when he said this he did not know that the bed weighed several hundred pounds. I never received a check and have never heard from Mr. Pliaconis again. I have tried emailing him on several occasions with no response.
Suffice it to say that Mike Pliaconis is a liar and dishonorable business person. Do not trust your goods with this company.
I gave this company 1 star only because a rating is required. Otherwise it would receive 0!
