This company fires people at Christmas for missing one day due to medical needs of employee's children.He also missed a day and a half because our car broke down. He had permission from the maintance supervisor to leave on both instances and they fired him.Corporate made the decision to let him go even though the lead told them he had given them permission.This company is cruel and heartless.While they enjoy Christmas dinner and buy their children gifts and share time going to see family, I hope they think about the meaning of Christmas.They gave him no warning,even assured him that it would be alright to take time off.Do you really want to do business with a cold and heartless company?Do you really want to live in a community that is run by people this insensitive to Christmas?So much for spreading holiday cheer and helping people and familes in need.
