Facts: member of this credit union since 1986. I recently withdrew all balances and cancelled membership. This credit union treats its members like garbage. I had a car loan that was nearly paid off as of Feb. 09. Apparently, i forgot my car pmt. but i had money in savings w/ this credit union. They took the remaining balance in savings and put towards my monthly payment (no problem). But the pmt. was short about $150 of the total pmt. Apparently, a notice was sent to my house which arrived on a friday that i was short this amount. The credit credit union was closed when i got the letter. So I called on monday. That evening they repoed my car. Ridiculous!!! I had a good payment record for sometime. I was able to get financing at another credit union and get my car back by thursday. Both Mary Jane in collections and Ms. JD Wadsworth (CEO) were complete bitches and were no help at all. I am a member at two other credit unions which are great..LBS Financial in Long beach, and orange county credit union. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT UNION FOR ANY REASON. A LEGAL SUMMONS is now pending....
Pros: Nothing good to say...there are other credit unions outhere
Cons: worst ever....horrible...i rather drink pig urine than do business here.
