I only wish there were lower ratings available. Nothing is ever THEIR fault. they have lost rent money, letters, and staff...This is just a notion of their vicious cycle. They don't care about the residents. They feel because it is mostly Section 8 that there are limited options and you ""get what they give you!"" They go thru staff like people go thru toilet tissue--about every 3 days, there's a different roll...If you DO rent with them, make sure you see the apartment you are getting before it is too late to change your mind...BECAUSE YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR MIND! It is a classic case of bait and switch...the models are nice (if you like spider webs and left over dead insects)...but do hold your breath because mildew creeps around the corner...If only I had known better and weighed all my options...I would not be in the situation I am in now...Heed warnings everyone...heed warnings..
