Review content:
The prices are pretty good, and the staff are nice and really seems to care for our animals. However, scheduling, communication, and dealing with the wait are nightmares. If you can deal with the way the line of customers piles up and the wait, this is a really great place that will take care of your animals and will not gouge you with prices. However, if you are in a rush or expect an appointment time to be specific, this is not the place for you.
