My entire experience at Dr. Max's office has always been positive and helpful; his office is friendly and professional. I had been to other chiropractors who were nowhere as enthusiastic, thorough or effective as Dr. Max. I started coming last spring when I was experiencing Sciatica down my right hip and a burning pain in my shoulder; I also had TMJ and some headaches. Within about 10 adjustments and 4 massage sessions with Brandy, I was virtually pain free.. all without drugs! I no longer experience headaches, and I no longer grind my teeth or experience stuffy sinuses at night. I used to have pain in my right hip and knee when I ran; I can now run for long distances with no pain whatsoever! My energy and overall sense of wellbeing is greatly improved; and any sense of nervousness I was experiencing from my injuries has vanished. All of this was awesome, but what really blew me away, was that after suffering since a child with fallen arches, i.e. flat feet, I now have arches in my feet and a visible curve in that area that never existed before! I did not know you could form arches by correcting the lower spine! After about 3 months, I could feel my feet starting to change (this process has been going on now for 8 months). I used to only be able to walk short distances until my feet would totally tire out and hurt. This would dictate decisions on what trips I could take, what sports I could play, and I'd never been on a long hike. These things don't concern me anymore as now I can walk ALL day without any tiredness or pain. I was so amazed! I figure that I have been spared from both future back and foot surgery (what is that worth?) I have referred a number of friends and family, and several of them are now patients also. I also bring my two children. My youngest son had chronic respiratory allergies and congestion; this cleared up totally after the second visit! If I could do things over differently with my kids, I would have started bringing them in from when they were infants for regular care. I can't begin to express how happy and forever grateful I am to Dr. Max for all he has done. He is a great chiropractor, and very knowledgeable in the area of health; I would highly recommend his service to anyone!
