The rating should be a -5! This is the most rude and unfriendly people that I have ever came in contact with. They do a horrible job of ""taking care of your property and neighborhood"", do not respond to complaints, could care less about your suggestions or opinions, and just want to take your money! They are the most inhumane group of people that I have ever had to deal with in my life and would suggest that if you are considering moving to a neighborhood that has Curry as the Homes Association Manager, RUN the other way!!
