Review content:
We bought a Leer canopy from Anacortes Truck Accessories. The canopy itself is fine, but the owner ordered the wrong style of front window. When we pointed this out at the time of installation, he promised he'd order the correct one and it would be a simple swap once it arrived (the window is removable). We also asked him to order some spare canopy keys. We played phone tag with the owner for a period of 2 full months and it became clear he had no intention of taking care of the problem--always promising to see why the window hadn't arrived and ""call us right back"" which he NEVER did once. We finally had enough and gave up, went up to RainCap in Bellingham where the Leer dealer there made good on ATAs short-coming: swapping our window at no cost to us and providing the spare keys we needed. While there, we also found out that the wiring for the canopy done by ATA was not really done very professionally--we are scheduled to go back to RainCap and have it done right. So ATA failed to follow up on their mistake, did not refund us for the cheaper window they left us with, and didn't wire the canopy lights in a very clean way. (The lights work, but there is a 'tangle' of wires hanging inside the side of the bed where they could easily snag.) My advice: save yourself a headache and skip ATA. The people at RainCap are much more professional and worth the extra drive.
