Review content:
The key to PF Chang's success is consistency. The food is consistently excellent. The other reviewer had some complaints about service; I can honestly say that I haven't had that experience in the years I've been a patron. The chicken lettuce wraps are perfection. Our other favorites are crab wonton (real crab and very little cream cheese!), Chang's spicy chicken, crispy honey shrimp, and Mongolian beef. The wonderful food makes for a long wait, but get hip: call ahead by 2 or 3 hours and put your name on the seating list. We often show up at the appointed time and are seated mere minutes after our arrival!
