I went one day to obtain information as to the cost etc for party platters, first the employee at the cashier had no clue as to the prices or information, like she was in a different world or I was speaking an unknown language to her. I asked for the manager and he happened to be right next to her. I asked him for information about the platters, he also didn't have any information and told me he was too busy to get me that information! Talk about customer service here! So, if you are planning on ordering party trays etc. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE EVERYONE LIVES IN A DIFFERENT PLANET! I guess that this is what we have to get when franchises like this hire minimum wage employeees and managers who don't even know their names.
