Review content:
I have used Bob for many years and he abandoned me when I really needed him. He made a mistake in my taxes three years ago and I just caught it this year. I caught it by the state notifying me of a penalty due. When I brought this to Bob's attention he said he would fix it. I took Bob at his word that he would fix this for me. Subsequently, he refused to call me back and my penalties have now increased. He would not even email me an explanation. He will not accept my phone calls. All I wanted him to do was to correct a mistake. He took no responsibility for his work. I cannot say how unprofessional I found him.
