Frustrated is probably the best description for the experience with Progressive so far. First off, they are definitely not the least expensive alternative. We got several quotes and they were actually the highest price. However, what their salesman said did make sense compared to the other companies. The installation went smooth and efficiently. That's where the excellent experience ended. After three tries, they have not been able to ""balance"" the a/c zones. We had cooler a/c in the bedrooms with the old system. Today I took off work to meet them to try again and just rec'd a call that one of their staff could not make it out today. Since it takes 2 people to do this job, we were postponed until next week. I think we were sold a good product (Rheem) but the service from Progressive after the install has been disappointing at best. Frustrated in Newnan.
