Please Don't trust this guys. They ripped me off badly. I had a vacant unit, which I had given to Permar to fix it and market it and rent it. They successully ripped me spending good amount of money for doing a lousy job in fixing up the place. Were not able to rent it for a months. I took over the place back from them and able to get applicants and rent it out. Tried this company for 4 months and would say waste of money and time. Ripped me off badly. I wish I would have read the reviews before I choose them.
