Review content:
True, V is an expensive gym but you get a lot for your money. The view, location, trainers and facility are top notch. They have lots of cardio machines (with tvs that actually work), one cardio room, a yoga room, free weights and a variety of ""Free Form"" (?) machines - much better for properly building strength than traditional machines. In this gym you'll see some pretty muscular people doing weight excersies that look more like yoga than power lifting. This gym is about overall health, balance, detox, inner strength (lots of yoga, pilates, core strength classes) with a ""rejuvenation center"" next door (saunas, massage, ionized water, etc). Also...locker rooms are very nicely equipped (work out and shower towels free) and clean. Steam showers could be hotter but water pressure is awesome and showers are stocked with Aveda products.
Pros: Quality equipment that works, clean, tvs on cardio equipment
Cons: Price and 12 month comittment
