My hairdresser at Emmett's is Stevie. The first time I went there, when I got to the salon, I watched what he did with the woman's hair who had the appointment before mine. Her hair was absolutely gorgeous. The color and the cut were just amazing. Nothing outrageous or fancy, she just looked like someone had ""done her right."" So I felt pretty comfortable knowing that Stevie was going to do my hair. Long story short, it's the best haircut Ive ever had. I have very curly hair, and he knew just how to cut it to maximize the curl yet it has style and it's not a ""helmet."" I have had so many compliments on it, even from strangers. Believe me, I'm someone who regularly cries leaving a salon after having been butchered or made to look like a 55 year old Indiana woman (which I am in actuality, but in spirit most definitely AM NOT!) and he made me look like a happenin' chick. The salon does nothing but hair. It's a simple, sleek environment that is a very happy place and they focus on what they do best: fabulous hair. Thanks, Stevie!!!!!
