Terrible customer service. You would think Craigslist and Ebay would have put these guys out of business by now, but they're still hanging on like roaches in a nuclear blast. I really want to like this place and support local biz, but why anyone would drop a paycheck for a guitar in this place to be treated like a douche is beyond me. And I also have to add-- my whole thing is vintage gear. I love it and dream about it. I spend lots of money on it, but never here. Try Emerald City.
