Review content:
We had a horrible experience with the Paws Inn. Upon making the reservation they were supposed to mail out all information regarding the stay and policies. However, we did not receive the information and after calling were told to look at the web. When we called to say we had decided to pick up our dog early they rudly explained that in the brochure they had sent us (which we never received) we were supposed to give 48 hours notice or would have to pay the entire amont. When we got home the brochure had arrived but was postmarked 2 days after dropping our dog off. We brought that into the owner who would not look at it and was extremely rude! She refused to budge on the charge saying that her policy is also on the web. The policy is not on the web. Rather a vague description without a clear policy. If a company chooses to have a policy they must make it clear to each customer rather then tell them at the back end. I will never do business again with such rude individuals who do not care about their customers but rather choose to belittle and practice shady a business.
