Review content:
Tim came today most likely as a result of heraing from the Better business Bureau. The positive part of the experience is that he did arrive on time. Unfortunately, his behavior was predictably belligerant and unbelievabley rude. He screamed and yelled and actually accused us of knifing around the edges of the tile so it would come up. It was obvious he only showed up to save his own hide at his BBB meeting scheduled for Monday (two days from now). Fortunately my brother in law was here. He politely asked Tim to stop talking and just fix the problem. After doing some research at teh congoleum website, we knew that premixed durceramic grout was teh only thing that would work with duraceramic tile-especially in a bathroom. We asked him what kind he used and he said he used a traditional grout--which is specifically stated as the wrong grout for this product on the congoleum website. (See the duracermic install pdf on the congoleum website. Citysearch will not allow imbedding the we address here)
Pros: NONE SO FAR!
Cons: Poor service, poor quality, rude owners
