Review content:
Tri-Wave installed carpet for my entire house. I thought it went great, but afterwards discovered my jewelry had been stolen. I contacted the police and the installer (employee of Tri-Wave) confessed and was arrested. Only some of the property was returned, but installer disappeared before the trial. Tri-Wave would not take any responsibility and refused to talk to me about it. The owner actually yelled at me over the phone saying this was not her responsibility.
Cons: Installers are thieves and the owners will not take responsibility
