When we moved into our new house, the carpets had badly been damaged by the peoples pets who lived there before. Because we signed the paperwork with out mentioning it we were on our own to get it fixed. I had asked around and twelve bridges carpet had installed and cleaned a couple of my friends houses. Going off their experiences (and despration) I called them and was able to schedule an appt on MY timeline. For a small business, they really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. Best of all they were in my price range and their work looked way beyond anything I ever thought I could have afforded. I will definitely call them back for maintenance on my beautiful new carpet.
