My wife and I had heard a lot of great things about 23 hoyt and decided to make a reservation. We were greeted and seated promptly and our server was about as sweet as could be. We tend to be a bit adventurous with our tastes and ordered the sweetbreads and the seared hamachi both of which blew us away! For entrees we had the steak with escargot and the trout. Again the flavors were terrific. For dessert we shared the chocolate, which my wife is still cooing over. We will be back!!!
