Review content:
On Dec. 6th I experienced the most disturbing and unprofessional service in all of my 49 years on this earth! Our server,Ana was severely lacking in proper training . In fact the only decent server there was the bartender who was quite friendly. The food was served cold, the waitstaff, colder. Crappy attitudes, blaming the kitchen. Whatever happened to teamwork? I could go on and on about everthing that happened that night, but reliving is a nightmare! I will say this , I have never had a waitress chase me down the street to try to make up for a horrible dining experience! Begging me to come back into the restaurant to receive gift certificates. Weird!!! Bottom line, in today's economy the owner needs to properly train his staff and also return a client's message. Don't have one of your staff do it-you make the call. It shows you really do care about the regular customer-not just Jennifer Aniston's of the world.
Pros: The bartender
Cons: Too many to list-especially being chased down the street by crazed waitstaff!
