This place is going downhill, and fast. They have some real clueless people fumbling around behind the counter, and too many at that. If you want to see a live-action 3 Stooges, this is the place. As a customer, I don't see the need for more than one able-bodied person to be working with people. Does it really take 3 or more people to get me a cupcake? The food is getting pretty terrible too. Cookies are inconsistent, cakes are like sawdust, and that buttercream coats my mouth like Crisco. I don't know if this place is under new management or what, but something very wrong is going on here. Plus, don't ever make the mistake of going in on a party day. They clearly don't have that situation under control. Wild children block the door, knock things over, scream at deafening levels... This review is giving me a headache. To sum it up, just keep driving past this place. You're really not missing out on anything.
