I love this place. I have been going there since it was Dr. Munchies back in like 1992. Every time I go to the Beach I go to Bills. It has a cheers like environment and you are on the ocean. The atmsphere is strange. When you walk in it seems like nothing matches, but you sit down and someone starts talking to you. I can't tell you how many golf outings I went on because of people I met just the night before. I spent an entire vacation there before, just hanging out and meeting locals and travelers. You become part of the place after an hour or so. I made hundreds of friends for a week or two while I have been there. Its like Cheers. You walk in and you are treated great and you will know at least two or three other people from the night before and the bartended or waitress will remember you from then also. The staff is awesome, Bill (the owner) is a cool guy. I do miss the old manager, also named bill. He became a good friend after several vacations there, but I still go back when I can. My wife loves the BLT and I love the Cheese Burger. When you go there maybe the juct box will suddenly burst into song as its known to do as you gaze out the windo bitting into your burger and notice that you are in the air conditioning and at the beach. You have a cold beverage, a burger, and good company. It really is a ""Cheeseburger in Paradice.""
Pros: Food, service, location
Cons: Midnight closing time. It could use a total rehab some winter. It is getting old looking inside.
