PLEASE BEWARE of DALE Jr and his friendly up front customer service. I was told by many to stay away from LEBANON VALLEY MOBILE HOMES because of Dale Jr but i didn't listen. (STUPID ME) The guy is a BIG LIAR and a FAKE!!! When i went in to sign the paperwork and pick out the colors for our home i was told a price of $59,900.00 wasn't for the home i thought i was getting for the past two weeks. He then said to my girlfriend and i along with his sales lady Beth ( very nice lady ) that we could have the house i thought i was originally getting for the same price. We picked everything out and the next morning he called and gave me a price of $68,900.00. When i questioned the higher price he told us that he never promised us that home for the same price of $59,900.00. PLEASE BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!!!
