First let me say that if you look at all the positive reveiws most are the same but from different users. This right here should have the wheels turning. I recently ordered a letter and number kit for my hockey jersey. I had to contact them three times to find out what was going on. Each time they said there was an error and they didnt know what my order was. Everytime i responded within an hour or two with my exact order. About a month later i finally received my letter and number kit. It was the wrong color wrong fabric and looked like a two year old cut them out with dull scissors. Save your money and find a place with actual user reviews instead of employee reviews.
