Review content:
Too bad Hastings has closed and Vintage Stock is nasty and overpriced. CD Tradepost is nasty, though, they have some good deals. Even better deals if you buy in to thier program that everyone else would offer for free. Unfortunately, I visited a few of the stores in town often about a year ago (mostly because the manager was such a nice lady and really knew what she was talking about. She even suggested new artists to me that I fell in love with. Don't expect that kind of friendliness now. She finally accepted she was worth a lot and moved on. Now they just have a bunch of patronizing wack jobs working). In the past few months I've had nothing but negative experiences. Just last week visited a store and the MANAGER (believe it) was openly discussing with a customer the DETAILS of another manager getting fired. He was going on and on about it like all the fine details that are suppose to be private were set out on the table for everyone to know. He was saying it was a decision for the best, but it sounded more like they set this poor guy up and sabataged him. Looks like I will be traveling to Lawrence to go to Hastings.
