Review content:
I only have internet since I no longer keep a home phone and Full Service Network has the cheapest price around for DSL. With FiOS not available yet and cable internet being outrageously expensive (not to mention the horrible customer service at Comcast) DSL is my only viable option and I've always been pleased with the service from Full Service Network. Their offices are all local to Pittsburgh and the customer service reps are so friendly. It's nice to only deal with a small team of service reps who actually work on your problem for you instead of being handled by some huge call center where everyone is just reading from a script. Sure, it's just DSL service, but these days we rely pretty heavily on our internet service so having a provider that makes sure it's running smoothly for me at a reasonable price is important. Why pay more to Verizon for the same thing with crappy customer service when you can get the same product from Full Service Network for less money AND get better customer service. Just seems like a no-brainer to me.
