I just took my car in this morning around 10:15 AM to get an inspection done. I came here because the garage is within walking distance of my home and also due to the positive reviews I've read online. When I arrived Brett took down my information in a patient manner, as I'm a new customer, while Nathan assisted. I just received a call a few minutes ago from Nathan, and my car passes inspection. I'm not a major car buff, but I do know when I'm getting scammed, so when he said there were no major problems but also recommended a new air filter, new wiper blades, and two new front tires I agreed because those are all of the things I knew going in that might be trouble spots for my car. I'm expecting to be able to pick my car up shortly, which makes today's experience very hassle-free and positive for me. I'd have no qualms about recommending Baum Boulevard Automotive to friends and family. In addition, I also liked how they have an electric car charging station. I drive a hybrid myself and always appreciate a garage that likes to be on the cutting-edge of ""green"" technologies. Two thumbs up!
