They have the worst CSM alive in tulsa. Very rude and unpleasent place to bank with.They also handled my tax refund via H&R Block, and the IRS had already approved the money to be sent to me and yet they still have not sent the money. I also paid for the 24hr refund and it's been over that and H&R Block says it's all on the bank and them doing there job cause now it's out of there hands and ijn the lame banks court. When you try to contact the bank to ask any questions they will then refer you to many other numbers (The Run Around) and still you will be left with no questions answered and no money.Just spoke with the bank again and they say that the money has been approved and they have reviewed it. But still I'll have to wait til there boss transfers the money (wtf!) I payed this bank an extra amount of $$ to get this return speedy, with-in 24hrs and they are not honoring it. Been a day to late. And I ask for that money to be credited and get an immediate oh we can't do that I'm sorry it's taking longer than it was intended to be. Sorry still doesn't fix it for me when i am the one paying.
Pros: They can BS pretty easly because there not only playing stupid.
Cons: Complete liars and theifs
