There is truly no better car buying experience than walking into a Lexus dealership. Lexus of Serramonte more than lives up to the top quality Sales and Service that Lexus expects. I live in San Francisco, , but have made the trip to Lexusof Serramonte and purchased new Lexus vehicles twice in the past 3 years. The reason that I've been willing to make that trip is that this dealership has been very easy to work with, and has put me into vehicles I love by offering an outstanding buying experience and the best possible prices. I see one other review on Yelp and City search that is less than favorable. Let me assure you...that review in no way portrays the experiences that I've had. I want to make it clear to everyone that I have purchased two new Lexus vehicles from Lexus of colma in 3 years, and BOTH experiences have been outstanding. I believe that all of the sales staff are probably outstanding, but I have worked with Mr JB Berera both times and I highly recommend that you look him up. From the moment you walk into the dealership, you are treated like a King or Queen. You'll notice immediately that the dealership is beautiful. The next thing you'll notice is how professional and knowledgeable the sales staff are. The staff don't apply a lot of pressure. Instead, they let you look over their vehicles yourself and they make themselves available to answer your questions. Lexus makes some of the most amazing vehicles on the road, and the sales staff allows you the time to see that for yourself. If you're lucky enough to become a Lexus owner, wait until you see how well the Service department treats you. What a great experience. I'm a pretty demanding customer in that I expect great service and I ask a lot, and I have not been dissappointed at all. As part of my latest purchase, I've had some specific and unusual requirements that are a result of the experiences I've had with the three new Lexus vehicles I've purchased in the past 3 years My salesperson, JB Berera , and the Parts Manager,Mike, have been outstanding at following up with me. Everyone in the dealership is committed to making your experience with them a completely positive one. I don't honestly believe that there is a bad Lexus dealership out there. Lexus expects and demands top level service from every one of their dealerships. My experiences at this Lexus Dealership have been equally positive and I can absolutely vouch for the quality of the vehicles I've purchased there, the professionalism of everyone at the dealership, and the committment of everyone at the dealership in making my experience positive. I can also say that they have been very flexible in their pricing. So flexible, in fact, that they've come to my house to pick my car for service
