On January 11, 2011, I brought my 400 Disk DVD player into them because they are an authorized Sony service center for that unit. The unit originally cost $400 years ago & now sells for $200. I paid them OVER $100 to repair the unit. I did not get it back till 2/15/11. As of JUNE 2, it stopped working & I immediately tried to call them. You could not get thru & their answering machine was full. When I did bring it in, they confirmed that the supposedly new part I bought FROM THEM & had installed was defective & that is why it has the same problem again. BUT, since it was about TWO PUNY weeks after their 90 warranty on repairs.... they would not re-fix it and told me to call Sony. How would you feel if this were you? I do not recommend them!
