Review content:
Yesterday I and seven of my coworkers had lunch at Redfish. We were informed that parties of eight would be included on one check and be assessed an 18% gratuity - a nuisance, but understandable. What was inexcusable was the fact that our waitress ignored us after delivering our first round of drinks, delivered cold food after we waited 45 minutes after ordering, then asked what else we needed, oblivious to our eight empty glasses. When we spoke with the manager, he offered to give us free appetizers, but when we said we were too disgusted to return, he offered a free lunch to us and free appetizers or desserts. The 18% gratuity was taken off the bill, and the solution was satisfactory, but after the free meal, I won't be back - I don't have 1.5 hours for lunch! Pros: Fried green tomatoes Cons: Bad service, loud dining room, cold bread
