It seems the common complaint in these reviews is about the office staff- I have found them to be rather brusque over the phone but pretty accomodating and polite at the office. I appreciate the gentle and respectful way they handle my pet in the exam room. They never pick her up by the scruff of the neck- a practice I find totally innapropriate for a full grown animal yet many vets do it anyway. Dr. Hatzi herself seems really on top of her game and is always easy to deal with. She is responsive to questions and very informative. While vet visits are never cheap I find the staff at All Pets to be less concerned about money than an animals well being. The only problem I have is that there is often a long wait- but this is because they are very attentive to emergency walk-ins.
