Very nice first time experience! I went in to REALLY change up my color from dark to light, the grays are winning, so I took a photo with me and said here you go what do you think. Kathy took the time to make sure my hair was healthy enough and took a brief hair history to make sure the application she was going to use would take. She did a very good job and she was VERY patient. It was a process but my hair looks great and with each visit we'll have it right were we want it! Definitely would recommend to others!
