The only reason this is rated with 1 star is that they do not allow a ZERO star rating! This company is a complete sham. Before the start any work, the tech makes a high pressure pitch for the Club Membership to get ""reduced"" rates on services. The reduced rates are 2-3 times higher than any other HVAC contractor. The techs need to be watched very closely. As they inspect the system they mark what parts need to be replaced (thus they will not warrant them under the terms of their Inspection Service) they make another big pitch for the work to be done at their highly inflated prices. I had a tech mark a capcitor is needing to be replaced within the next 6 months. Low an behold 1 week later the capcitor went. Since I was not a Club member, they would not show up for repair appointment for at least 8 hours. When the HVAC tech from another firm opened the unit he found thet that wires to the capcitor had arced and shorted, burning up the capacitor. The reason for the arcing was that the the wires were not properly connected to the termnals. They were merely placed at the tip of the terminals. Obviously since I refused the overpriced replacement a week earlier, it is very suspicious that the wires were not properly reconnected by the tech. The cost to replace the capcitor by the other HVAC company was 40% of what Air Rescue wanted to charge at the ""member dicount price""
