I am very saddened to write this review. I have been very patient with Paul (the owner) and have given him a lot of opportunities to fix things, but he does not answer his phone or respond to voicemails.
I had gutter work done by him back in the beginning of July. There were a few things left undone. He said that he would fix it, and it took him honestly a month of false promises that he would come back to finish the job (he had already been paid). He promised me a $50.00 gift card for all of the trouble I went through, and one month later---I still have not received it.
He will promise you whatever you want to hear, and never follow through. I have called him multiple times a day---and he never answers my calls or responds to my voicemails. I'm sure he is avoiding me and hoping that I give up. If you do catch him, he will say---I'll have it to you on ______day. But will he follow through? NOPE! Not in my experience!
My advice-either don't go though him, or don't expect much if you do. Though the gutter work he did was good, the headache of the horrible service is NOT WORTH IT! Take your business elsewere!
