HIP REPLACEMENT MADE ME A CRIPPLE ?BE VERY CAREFUL: I walked into Foundation Hospital in Houston with both feet hitting the ground at the same time, I was 5 foot 5. I limped out 3 days later still 5 foot 5 on my left leg but my right leg had been extended to 5 foot 7. Now I buy special shoes that must be built up 2 inches at a cost of 85 dollars. Needless to say, my balance is off so I fell, as each year passes my body twist to accommodate the elevated right hip and extended leg! With the twisting comes pain!
