I was very pleased with the service,kindness,and concern for the issue I was having with my frig.They were already booked for the day,and short handed.But the tech said he would work me in.the unit was working,but I was afraid it would go out.tech called about 1pm said on his way.I found the tech to be very polite,neatly dressed.And very knowledgeable.detected problem quickly,replaced part,with one he had on his van.no waiting for parts.He advised me on how far from wall unit should be,to keep me from having other issues.He even cleaned underneath where compressor is located.I thought that was very professional,and nice.not many service people would have took the time to let you know these things.I am thankful for the quick response,and the knowledge he had ,and passed on to me.I would and will highly recommend the ApplianceDoctors USA toany and all my friends.
Pros: tech very knowledgeable,polite,and quick to detect problem,and repair.
Cons: didn't see any.
