A friend of mine had used Honest Install to fix his surround sound and told me about them when I was looking for someone to get my television and surround sound working properly. I had been frustrated with the guys I used previously and was looking for someone who would do the job right.
My experience with Honest Install was excellent. They got my television working in harmony with the surround sound and outdoor speakers. One of the things I liked about Honest Install is that they give you a sheet of paper and have you write down the steps for controlling the system as they go through it with you. This way, you understand it so that if you need to know how to do something months later, the instructions are there in easy, simple steps. There are features on the television that you may not use for a couple of months, and it is nice to have a reference sheet when you do need to use them.
I would recommend Honest Install because the guys are knowledgeable and you can trust them. They do an exceptional job.
