Review content:
One of the best parts about Honest Install is that they are easy to find on the web, and their website is great. The website shows step by step the process and what it is going to look like. It is most helpful in selecting what you want.
They are also great on the phone. They do what they say they are going to do, and they do it in the time they say. I did get pushed back a day, but Honest Install called, apologized, and scheduled a new time. It was a little frustrating, since I had made my time around it, but they showed up right on time the next day.
The installers were quick and efficient. They installed two cable wires for me, 2 new drops. When they were finished, they were very clean and meticulous.
When you look at the price it is obvious that Honest Install is a bit higher than others, so I was kind of nervous. However, at the end of the deal, because of the customer service and efficiency it was worth the extra money.
