I have used Honest Install two times and the second time was just as good as the first time. They were amazing with professional service and great availability. They were also upfront about everything.
When I called for the second TV installation, they remembered me and knew who had seen me the first time. When I said I wanted the same guy they were totally fine with that, however he was on his honeymoon and wouldn't be available for a little while. Honest Install then gave me an option to wait or have new guys come out. I was really comfortable with their service, so I went with two new guys who did a really good job.
Honest Install is really great about answering questions. When I said I wasn't sure about what kind of TV it was, they explained how to find the model number so that they could prepare the correct cables. The guys answered all my questions and didn't make me feel stupid at all, which was invaluable to me. They also made sure that I knew I could call them anytime if I had more questions or had a problem.
I didn't have to worry about anything with Honest Install. When I was running behind they told me not to worry about it and were very flexible. They were always there when they said they were going to be. I have never had such good customer service. They really made me feel like I was an important customer.
