I recently purchased a lot of new audio/visual equipment for my home. A good friend of mine recommended Honest Install to take care of all the logistics. He said they were the best, and that's what I want. Well, I'm glad I got this good advice, because they were excellent, just wonderful.
When I spoke with Chris on the phone to set up the appointment, he asked for specific information on the equipment I was using, so he could have his installers do research before they arrived. When they got here, they knew exactly what I had and how to hook it up, and I had a lot of stuff. They were very neatly dressed and professional, and had amazing patience. They put down drop clothes to minimize the mess, and cleaned everything up before they left.
Honest Install first mounted my new 55" TV above my fireplace, and put the 47" TV that was in the living room into my master bedroom. In both locations, they installed surround sound systems, as well as universal wireless HD audio and video kits that allowed me to keep the cable box and movie player in a separate location. Also, I really liked that they wrote out explicit directions for how to work everything so I would know exactly how things needed to be set for different applications. It was just perfect.
After they left, there was a little issue where something wasn't working quite right. When I called about it, they sent someone out right away to troubleshoot the issue, and they discovered a faulty cable. They replaced it, and now everything works great. I am very pleased with Honest Install, and will tell everyone I know about them.
