This is by far my favorite locally owned coffee shop...without a doubt. Our entire family visits regularly and we have always found the environment welcoming and the baristas knowledgeable and out-going. The owners are some of the kindest and most genrous business owners ever...over compensating at times for any 'glitch' in our coffee making process. In the past...I have rarely had any complaints in regards to my coffee or experience there... but there have been a few times that different baristas have made a small mistake in my/our order...or taken a little longer than normal to get my coffee up. ON those rare occasions, I have received my drink on the house or 2-3 stamps on my coffee card towards a free coffee. I have never felt as if my patronage was not valued to the greatest degree.
Pros: Customer service...excellant product
