WE needed to replace the skylight in our home, we thought that since Dahl Glass had been in business in this area for so long that they would be a credible and professional company to use to have the skylight replaced .. WERE we ever wrong about that. ... In the process of putting in the skylight they actually knocked screws out thru the interior walls of my home... When we contacted them about this situation they did not even RETURN OUR CALL ...we had to call them a second time and were told the manager was ""out to lunch"" at 2:30 in the afternoon the 2nd time we called~~ After much chasing around to get ahold of someone , they finally had someone come out and look at the interior damage , only to say that they could not have caused it .. they then came up with several other versions to refuse to take accountability for the damage their installation caused on the interior of my home
